Return policy

   If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we are happy to refund or exchange unused, unwashed and undamaged items.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Put a note with your IBAN and SWIFT code in the package.

We do not provide return labels. You can choose any shipping method you want. In this case, use the tracking number, as the items appear to you until we confirm the items in our return center.

For exchanges, please note that you must cover the shipping costs to send the product to us. Please email us at sales@fabnetstudiobg.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
